Kenya has signed a five-year memorandum of understanding with the Emerging Markets Working Group of Stanford University's Hoover Institution to strengthen the country's use of data, artificial intelligence and policy research. Initial work will include an El Niño impact monitoring system and tools for digital-trade readiness, public-private partnership governance and regional resilience.
