Zambia and COMESA Launch AI Sensitisation Workshop in Lusaka

Zambia's Ministry of Technology and Science, in collaboration with the COMESA Secretariat and the World Bank, officially launched an AI Sensitisation Workshop in Lusaka on 13 July 2026, hosting the second round of COMESA's regional AI strategy consultations.
The workshop followed Kenya's hosting of the first round of consultations earlier in the COMESA process.
