Google has opened applications for the 2026 Google for Startups Accelerator South Africa, backing 15 growth-stage, AI-driven startups with up to R1 million each in non-dilutive funding, its AI tools and mentorship.
Applications are open from 21 July to 28 August 2026 for the three-month programme, which prioritises South African-led, historically disadvantaged-owned AI startups.
